Phone arrived in 3 days. Fantastic service. My first refurbished phone, didn't know what "excellent" condition meant. Be aware it doesn't mean "perfect". If you want pristine pay extra for a new one. The phone itself is perfect but for a few hairline screen scratches. With screen protector applied these are only just visible in the light. Absolutely perfect for the price, a brilliant device. Phone only, no extras. Additional outlay needed for case, charger, SIM pin etc. Green colour is beautiful

There were minor screen marks (see Photo 1 ), and several wear marks around the body (see Photo 2 for typical example). Not enough to put me off, but irritating. Most will not be visible once I install a protective cover.

Only giving a 4 star as there is a big scratch through the front of the screen, and I wouldnt think an excellent rated phone would have one that big, and it wasnt packaged the best, only with a thin sleeve of bubble wrap wobbling around inside the cardboard box. But, I've been using it and I can't fault anything else!! The battery life is much better than the S20 that I've come from, and I'm sure when I get a screen protector I won't be able to see the scratch as much. The postage was very fast!
