We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. The only disappointment was that the BIOS was password protected and I am unable to access to check or make changes. This is a big deal to me since I work on PCs and make quite a few changes to hardware and like to check and tweak the settings. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offered that I could return it if I was unhappy. The PC was purchased at a good price and so I will keep it.
