Yes I have contacted the seller and sent photos of the problem response is not satisfactory. The case sent is to small and does not fit my Kindle. First they offered me 15% compensation then 40%, I have asked for a 100% refund to my account. Why except this case when I can not use the case, now they won't me to pay return postage which is another expense for a case I can not use. The seller is at fault and should pay for the postage.

Fair price for 5 sensors with free delivery, but AU post let us down. Bought this item locally and paid more so that I could have it sooner, but the parcel bounced around between NSW & QLD for days before being delivered to the ACT. No way of contacting AU Post to tell them... Suggest seller could check and try to intervene too.
