Yes I have contacted the seller and sent photos of the problem response is not satisfactory. The case sent is to small and does not fit my Kindle. First they offered me 15% compensation then 40%, I have asked for a 100% refund to my account. Why except this case when I can not use the case, now they won't me to pay return postage which is another expense for a case I can not use. The seller is at fault and should pay for the postage.
