Normal practice is to place pieces in a zip lock bag inside the puzzle box, just in case the shipping box gets damaged. Thanks bunches!

This seller advertised a brand-new, in-the-packaging game but sent me a used one in a torn box!! This was not acceptable as I ordered this item as a gift. They then refused to correct their mistake (or false advertising 😡) by exchanging it for the correct one. They only offered a partial refund. I messaged to negotiate a solution and have not received a reply for over a week. I would not recommend this seller.

Yes, we sent wrong item & accidentally sent new game to another buyer. We are only human and occasionally mistakes are made but we always will work for solution. We offered a partial refund.
