      Revised review. Customer service was excellent!! Was able to help me find a missing part to the chair (tucked inside the chair back). I believe seller is very reliable and accurate with what he/she is selling. Still not happy with the time for shipping. Per ad, estimated arrival time was 6/11-6/15. Shipper did not receive it until 6/13(four days after purchase) and it didn t arrive until 6/18........but overall a good experience.
