Seller on the other hand is very unprofessional. Package was delayed and lost due to USPS. Seller responds with “it’s not my fault, go open claim with shipper” (Which is not my responsibility). I then opened Money Back Guarantee claim as package was lost. I had every right to do so following eBay guidelines. The seller becomes hostile and rude, accusing me of abusing the system meant to protect me. As I wanted, I got my package. If you buy, don’t message this seller!

Purchased this framed giclee as a gift. Spent 700+ and it was received damaged. Frame separating at each corner and falling apart. Seller was no help and unresponsive. Beware this unprofessional shop.
