In order to ensure the island remains under the Allies control he must trace and destroy the enemy convoy. Starring Jack Hawkins, Anthony Steel and Muriel Pavlow. Reach for the Sky This is a remarkable true story of Douglas Bader, a pilot who is severly injured after a devastating plane crash. Despite losing both legs in the crash Douglas demonstrates a determination which sees him re-enter the RAF and attempt to continue his career as a pilot. Starring Kenneth More, Muriel Pavlow and Lyndon Brooks.
