The item came with a flat battery, which was not ideal, but when a new battery (at my cost) was used, it was working fine. I contacted the seller and was advise this could happen in transit if squashed and the button becomes pressed, so if that is the case it should have been packaged better, or leave the battery out so it does not get consumed in transit. Other than that, all good.

My remote arrived I followed the instructions and it wouldn't connect. I was initially disappointed as my model number was on the list provided. Contacted seller and they responded very quickly with a fix. Apparently the remote has option of 2 frequencies and if you hold down button 1 and 2 for a few seconds it changes frequency and then you are able to go through the steps and it will connect. Customer service was excellent in their response time and also information provided. Exc service
