The quality of the refurbishment left something to be desired. The camera was dirty, the back glass wasn’t even installed properly, and there were traces of the adhesive left on the side of the phone. Everything else was fine but those were the only things I found.

This is the 2nd purchase of a "as new" phone from this seller in 2023. Both purchases I received a phone that wasn't "as new" condition. The 1st they replaced, the second I received a partial refund. Seller needs to improve their inspection and shipping process to ensure customers receive the what they order. Customer service is good and they resolved these problems quickly. Phones are good value purchases.
