Won 2 items, only shipped 1. Seller gave partial refund, even though I asked seller to honor winning bid. Instead, seller gave refund and continues to sell item on eBay at higher price. Seller technically did nothing wrong, but method of handling a low winning bid, supposedly shipping item (in an empty box) and issuing a refund leaves a feeling I got tricked by sellers sneaky way. I do not recommend.
