I made the mistake of not understanding how this product worked because it was ultrasonic. After sending the seller messages and letting him know how unhappy I was, he responded with,” well, have you tried ….”? It finally worked. It was completely my error, so I will not send this item back. The seller was very nice, even though I seemed doubtful.
