It is refurbished but it looks and feels brand new. Also I ordered 1T of storage and the laptop came with 2T, I appreciate the free upgrade whether this was intentional or not. It runs beautifully, very responsive and lightning fast. It didn’t come with any bloatware or anything on it that I didn’t want. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the price was very fair.

However, the seller was with me every step of the process and always kept me updated. I will let eBay know if anything changes, but so far I'm very satisfied!
