Item is as described/photographed, it was my fault for not researching the item more in detail. It's not quality and I feel it was overpriced for the low quality that it was. Item was received quickly. I have no issues with the seller, just unhappy with my purchase decision and unable to return due to opening the package.

The item was D(efective)OA. I'm not sure how the seller checked it to verify that it was working as advertised, since it didn't (2 speeds out of 5 did not function).
The seller had evidently never had an item returned since they did not know how to do it and I had to walk them through most steps of the process.
Lot of extra hassle for me in having to repackage the item and ship it in addition to helping the seller figure out how to do a return.
Ultimately, all went as well as could be expected.
