I purchased this Samsung Galaxy flip 4 phone in a new condition, the shipping was OK . We fired the phone up and was good, everything seem to be working good, 2 weeks later is when the problems started, the screen had a black patch in the middle with lines top to bottom. I could not do a thing with it. Then the issues started with the warranty claim, they tried to say that I sent the wrong phone back. After trying to solve the issue To no satisfaction I got eBay involved .
