I ordered the phone in 'As new' condition. The phone I recieved had dents and scratches so wasn't as described. I contacted the seller who offered either partial refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement phone (I did have to change colours). The replacement phone was much better, definitely 'As new' condition. Postage was quick both times and communicaiton with seller was professional and timely. I will definitely buy from Mobile Federation again.

This is the 2nd purchase of a "as new" phone from this seller in 2023. Both purchases I received a phone that wasn't "as new" condition. The 1st they replaced, the second I received a partial refund. Seller needs to improve their inspection and shipping process to ensure customers receive the what they order. Customer service is good and they resolved these problems quickly. Phones are good value purchases.
