So, I actually did not get this item from this seller. I miss read the delivery time and it was weeks out. My fault for not reading the description fully. I sent the seller an email asking them if I could cancel. The seller graciously did cancel it. I think that was great customer service, and thus I am leaving this review and giving them 5 Stars.

    lightweight with great features .

i have 5 welding helmets and this one is the best i have ever used .you can really see the welding arc clearer .and the view is a lot bigger than my other helmets .it is also great for tig welding ,no more seeing spots .

  • A great helmet

I bought this helmet simply to compare it with my miller elite pro. Needless to say, I love it better than my miller! The single biggest difference that I noticed was that from time to time I would see one or two shadow images of my arc with my miller. The Lincoln doesn't do that. It's very clear. My personal opinion is that the Lincoln is a better hood period.

  • The best helmet I've ever used, period.

I own several different auto darkening helmets, an older Lincoln, 2 Millers and a fairly new 3M Speedglass. This Viking with it's extra large window is the best helmet I've ever used, period. I wear bifocals, the large window makes it easy to see what I'm doing. I'm 100% satisfied and would buy it again. It isn't cheap, but good stuff never is. Try one and you'll see why I like it.

  • 1/1/1/1 Optics are AWESOME!

New optical tech on the shade is awesome. The number of adjustments on the shade and the headgear take some time to work through but once you get it set up it's like nothing else I have ever used. Clarity of image when shaded is unbelievable! Highly recommend this for Pro or Hobbyist. Anyone just starting to learn the process of welding would do well to invest in one of these helmets.

  • Very Good helmet . 2 ed one I have these helmets I have purchased .

Have 2 years of use on same model helmet's. Large viewing area . Easy to see out of . No issues . Gets used often as I am am a steel fab business .Replaces and gets used more than top of the line Speed Air helmet . To be fair Speed Air is at least 15 years old Works well but has a smaller view area . Lincoln is a very good unit First one just now needing battery' s replaced .
