Valley Works responded quickly and courteously to my questions. The bike was delivered 8 days after the sale, a quick shipment from Japan. When I received it, the derailleur hanger was bent in, corresponding with a dent in the box. After a replacement hanger, the bike was in great condition as described, rides well, great value. Billed by Fedex for $352.46 for customs duty and processing fee- the price of importing. Valley Works gave very good service overall, needs better care with shipping.
