I received 2, poorly packaged paperbacks. The sellers solution; "partial refund of 15% of the item's value, and you may keep the item", or in other words 'you can pay the value of what we actually sent, and you can keep them'. Very generous. When I pointed out that was silly, I received some corporate-esc copy, paste response apologising for my confusion. Returned.
