Anker was quick to respond I'm pleased to report.. also purchased Anker 100w 6ft charging cables.. my phone Fast Charges 2.0 at the speed of 1% per minute.. from dead to full at 100% roughly 100 min. (It could be quicker for some i only have 400 apps on my S24) Charges the power bank 0-100% roughly 4-5 hours! I'm very pleased! And that's my 2 cents
