Great seller, item arrived in packaging that was beat to hades and ripped. Once it was determined a pole was missing a full refund was issued no questions, no hassle.
Honestly it was refreshing, even though the item did not work out so many other sellers lately offer partial refunds then beg for good reviews even to the point of badgering me to change my review. This seller did nothing of the sort... thumbs up.

Great seller, shipped fast, item was described except the packaging was a little crumpled because it was shipped in an envelope instead of a box. The seller offered a free return, however I was planning on opening this anyway. Just keep that in mind for MOC collectors. In totality, good seller and I'm happy with my product.
