Hi. We can only apologise for the issue. We couldn't send this with a standard courier due to the large glass panel. A pallet service was required which costs more than the item. We could have sent with this a parcel courier but 100% would have ended up smashed. Calculating postage for car parts is not an exact science and we try to keep our postage down as best we can but on this occasion there was a small charge. Kind regards
