The seller did not honor purchase price on two parts I bought. He made up excuses about not being able to find the parts immediately after I purchased them. I told him I could wait and give him some time to find them. He cancelled immediately and lied, saying that I asked to cancel, which I did not. I purchased on June 25th, Seller relisted the same items that he claimed he "couldn't find" a week later on July 2nd at double the price I purchased them for.

These were actually missing. I did inventory when I couldn't find them. And a week later I found 1 of the 2 your purchased, so I re-listed it. That's why only 1 was relisted and not both. And I didn't double the price. The item price increased from $70 to $90. And shipping increased from $55 to $90. That's 44%, not double. Inflation made shipping heavy and large items go up a lot since listing them on 8-30-2019. These weigh almost 100 pounds each. Sorry I wasn't able to meet your expectations.

Ordered a part that should have fit my car, seller refused to refund obvious mislabeled item and instead of a simple no I received a ridiculously long winded, quite insulting response. Untrustworthy seller that does not accept responsibility for their own shortcomings. Very unfortunate.

As it says in the listing, I do not know what this fits and I do not offer refunds if it doesn't fit. It was clear after talking to you that you purchased this from your phone. And when using the mobile app, you must click "See Full Description" or you will only see 1 picture and 2 sentences of the listing. You bought this without all of the information, because you didn't click the link. That's beyond my control and not my fault. I tried explaining all of that but you didn't want to hear it.
