To say the product "did not appear genuine", which it absolutely is by the way as are all of my listed products, is extremely out of order. I did not notice this feedback initially as it didn't flag up due to being neutral, although this has now been reported to Ebay. How on Earth the buyer came up with this I will never know as the item is clearly branded & professionally packed with it coming direct from the company from a highly reputable source!
