Lack of communication, lack of current in stock information, Drop ship from manufacturer which is from Maine and i live in Oregon. The whole reason I ordered from outdoorplay they are just a few hours away from me.. I asked for refund or purchase an in stock item, they failed to act upon my request.. Not a Happy customer at all.. $169 dollars is a lot of money for me. If i would have known they drop ship, I could have ordered direct and saved $30 dollars..
