This thing is exactly what I need. It came brand new, works amazing. This replaced one I got from Walmart. The one from Walmart sucked, brakes didn't work, tires were very slippery, so were the handles. This one from eBay is the total opposite of the Walmart knee scooter. I love it. Thank you so much!
