It’s a magic oil, I have chronic constipation, even most of medicine don’t work but the two tbsp of castor oil works in 4-5 hours after take it. The quality of oil you can tell by its smell and the texture, it’s thick and comes out very slow when pour out.Another surprise I found it gives me a very deep sleep when I apply it on my tummy overnight.I recommend it to everyone who has constipation and sleep issues.
