I’ve been using 2 methods, the first with a cigarette lighter and the second with a heat gun. Both methods work well, you just need to pay attention that you don’t use to much heat and let the solder melt through the heat shrink. The other great thing about using these is that they are water tight, the red part is a glue which stop water intrusion
