While no return policy, the phone would not charge and no usable. Appears seller did not test it. I can understand a no return assuming that the item description was correct. Any normal limiting condition should be stated as "not test and may or may not work", "one of phones not working", "for parts only", etc. I contacted sell and explained the situation and was very willing to pay cost of shipping back. No response, no contact. Wouldn't recommend unless you ask questions first.

Excellent Cordless phone system
I have found the Tech DS6421-3 to be an excellent cordless system. The handset is comfortable to hold, the dial pad and screen are easy to read. I particularly like the connection of up to two cell phones to the handset. It is an excellent feature and saves one having to jump up and find the cell phone when it rings. The handset shows clearly which cell phone is ringing. The voice activated caller ID is a little bit annoying. The voice is quite fuzzy and the English pronounciation can be unclear some times. Message recording is quite clear though. Apart from voice caller ID, I am happy with the system and would recommend it to anyone.I have found the Tech DS6421-3 to be an excellent cordless system. Vtech Bluetooth cordless phone sysem is is invaluable..
This is a great unit. It interacts very effectively with cable phone and cell phone (Bluetooth) at the same time. Very easy to set up and use. The cell phone is actually in a separate room where the reception is the best. The unit expands easily to most any number of phones. Clarity is first rate. No antenna to break off. Last year I purchased the previous model with basically the same experience. I also have an older Panasonic system that does not even come close to the Vtech.This is a great unit. It interacts very effectively with cable phone and cell phone (Bluetooth) at the same time. Very easy to set up and use. The cell phone is actually in a separate room where the reception is the best. I must like the phone because i have 7 of them.
I've had these phones for years and only had to replace the batteries once.I wish it had a bigger flat base to hold the phone it tips over easy .
