If using as cold pack they freeze hard and are inflexible depending your freezer settings. For me not a big deal because after a 'thaw' period they can be easily placed/molded to area of pain i.e. shoulder, hand, hip, etc. Haven't used as heat pack as yet so can't comment. Delivery seemed a little slow however item got here by the date promised so no complaints there. Doing the job for me for icing sore shoulders.

However, this listing is very ambiguous, I thought I had bought XTall stockings but delivered average 😔 Contacted seller twice but only average has been available for ages? so change the listing, the header is wrong! Returning item will cost almost as much as one pair of stockings 🙄 $30+ wasted, can't wear item.
