The S23 Ultra's condition was certainly not described as per the condition on the ad. It was meant to be "As New" condition which, according to their description, has "no visible signs of use." Unfortunately, this has not been the case with the dent. However, seller did offer a full refund and I myself opted for a refund of 90 AUD. Otherwise the item was in excellent working order and fully functioning as after a week of use. Hoping they'll still honour their warranty if something comes up
