    Gardening and DIY must have

    I am partially disabled with bad legs and in particular, a right knee which has been gradually worsening to where it now needs replacing so for some years I have found knee pads an absolute necessity for most gardening and DIY tasks and of the many pads I have tried the Vitrex ones stand out as one of the best being well made, tough waterproof and comfortable with a large degree of adjustment provided by the velcro fastening. Mine get a great deal of use and I find they are very hard-wearing and give good service and at the price they are, very good value. I would recommend the Vitrex knee pads to anyone who has vulnerable knees to protect them during essential kneeling down tasks.

    Quality but functional issues

    It is a well built product but for me it is awkward to use. Because of the hard plastic pads my knees tend to twist that to the side and they don't feel balanced. I use them mostly where I go sideways and that is the issue, If I were doing work straight ahead then maybe they would work better.

    Comfort for the Knees

    Comfortable to put on with easy velcro straps. Gel lining cushions the knees. Hard outer gives good protection from kneeling on any sharps
