Das bestellte Produkt hatte einen Schaden, der noch beim Verpacken auffiel. Daraufhin kontaktierte mich der Verkäufer und bot an den Schaden, von einem Fachmann reparieren zu lassen. Dabei wurden weitere Teile erneuert, sodass es als komplett überholt einzuordnen ist. Diese Reparatur wurde umgehend ausgeführt. Die zusätzliche Wertschöpfung brauchte ich nicht vergüten.

Extra bonus: discovering the various bits of random cardboard boxes (cat-food box, egg-carton, etc) that went into the packaging, to keep the item safe until delivery.
