Seller said item would ship 1/20 but the item never shipped as stated in their listing. After asking eBay to step in to request cancellation of the order the seller replied “ you do understand 95% didn’t get their orders.” I understand new items can sometimes be back-ordered but I expect an update when this happens. This experience was lacking in customer service and I will not be doing business with this seller in the future. See photo.

Great communication and item as described. Seller dropped off the item at FedEx in a timely manner.
Shipping, not sellers fault, took a very leisurely route. Just seemed to get on the wrong truck at every stop. Visiting multiple FedEx locations in every state along the way. Tracking updates stopped two states away. Three days later it showed up. Package was good even after its vacation travels.
