    There was a dent in the front grill of one of the microphone capsules that was not described in the auction. When receiving the microphones I could recognize on the auction photos that it had been there before. It looked like a light reflection on the photo but was a well visible dent in reality. Otherwise perfect items working fine and perfectly packed and shipped, together with friendly communication. We could find a solution with a little refund. Shipment to Germany took only 6 days.

    I have only great things to say about my experience with this seller. Their communications were great. The package (a book) arrived in perfect condition. The box was completely sealed with tape. The book was wrapped first in clear cellophane, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in corrugated cardboard, then placed in the shipping box with added packing. The book I received was exactly the same one used in the listing photos. I would recommend this seller as excellent and trustworthy.
