Item arrived well package and extremely clean. That alone made this a positive experience with the seller. Most importantly, there was an issue with the board the made it unsuitable for my use. When I notified the seller that I was working with Gigabyte to fix the issue but may need to return the board, the response was 'no worries you are in safe hands'. Arrived today installed right away and works great, thank you… package well, fast shipping, just as described… In fact it looks brand new… I will definitely save this seller… I have gotten burned by others but you can tell by the way it was packed and shipped the seller the seller cares about selling a good product and having it arrive safely. I do a lot of computer stuff as a hobby and have had “new” boards arrive with bent pins so I was really hesitant about buying used but this was great!
