HI, PI MANIA, I'V REALLY UNFORTUNATELY GOT A DEFECTIVE product .. The back macro button on the back of the controller does not actuate while in the playing, upright position. I ts never been used , an a controller aficionado at least. They are my life therefor a really wanted to experience the sick top trigger button ect but it all disrupted with thr loss of the left macro .i can send you a video photos wont do it justice .As i said ive just tested all the bottons before plugging it. do you

Now i'm Confused. You should simply Start an "eBay Return" not leave this as feedback. Faulty Items once received are checked and refunded/exchanged if found faulty. 🤷🏻♂️
