Used for first time last night and works as described so hopefully helps with my dry eye. Nice fabric and fits well so good size, does not massage only heat but that was as advertised. I used to when first went to bed with heat then just pulled the electric cord connection out of heat pad thing and continued to wear mask for rest of night without heat connected and worked well. You can take the heat pad out completely for washing. Can use as mask without heat pad as well so good all rounder.
