    Is it worth the upgrade cost?

    Only thing that could improve is the internal speakers however pushing the sound out through SPDIF into a separate sound bar or surround overcomes this. Easy to use, Excellent 4K Resolution, Some good features, simple to use remote, very light TV for size..
