The items arrived completely broken. I requested a replacement from the seller who laughably suggested that I glue the pieces back together. I said that was impossible. Besides, they’re rulers whose entire point are to mark and measure accuratly. They offered a 40% refund. Whether or not the damage was caused by their chosen postal service, I am the customer and entitled to a full refund. I intend complaining to eBay. I will not shop with this seller again and advise others to be very wary also.
