After placing the wrong order, I immediately contacted the seller to request to cancel and refund.
The seller told me it was automatic freight and cannot retract but they are happy to refund my cost to send it back as well.
After I sent back the item, the seller only refunded the item price, not the cost of my freight as they promised initially.
Very disappointing experience. Wasted time and money.
