I still gave the seller 5 stars for shipping, although the USPS lost the package and it took a while to get to me. This seller shipped it right away after I paid for it, and did a great job. They even called the USPS and talked to a real person to figure out where the boots were and why it was taking so long. The boots were exactly as described and a great value.
