He is a scammer! He never shipped the item, the tracking number has always said "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" since November 20th. Since November 30th he stopped responding back to my messages... eventually I decided to finally make the dispute here on Ebay, which today Ebay fully refunded me for this. Do not buy anything from this scammer.

I was hospitalized with heart issues. Ended up with several toes amputated. Had no way of contacting anyone thru this time. Very sorry for the issues. The money was refunded all has ended well.
