Screen came in free of scratches, a lot nicer than plastic sync 2 screen, this one is real glass. For the price, you can’t beat it same kits go on amazon for about $700. Install went perfect, installed on my buddy’s 2016 f350 and my 2015 Taurus, both went smoothly. Upon installation, my backup camera and ambient lighting no longer worked, but seller remotely fixed it.

This comes with almost all the tools you need to do the job! You will need to use the brackets from your original radio as they are not included, and you may need to adjust the brackets to fit the new module- this can be done with tin snips. ~$500 cheaper than the alternative for the same quality parts. Needed t20 torx, the 8mm was necessary for me to remove my old brackets. Great product great value.

Installation went smoothly overall—I had to use FORScan to clear a U0155 error and did a couple of master resets to get GPS working. Once that was sorted, everything functioned perfectly: GPS, HD Radio, rear cam full functionality, F-150 Platinum HVAC controls, etc. I’m really pleased with the kit (tools included, wireless CarPlay adapter, & an extra OBDII cable) & the overall buying experience! Thx!
