The offer was declined, and I ended up buying the items I needed at full price. They work fine and were as described. I left negative feedback purely because of shipping. Qidi reached out today and apologized and offered to reimburse more than the shipping costs. Not many companies would do that, and I appreciate it.

I didn't even have time to cancel it. Everything is well packed and has all the parts. Turns on, but I haven't checked the work yet. Any printer defects are fixed. I was told I needed to cancel part of my order and select another shipping method due to a Canada Post strike (according to sources on their end). When I sent links noting that it wasn't in place anymore I was still told to do this as directed and forced to pay more for shipping than the parts.
