Server arrived with good packaging (though with annoying popcorn styrofoam). Server was in good condition, with the exception of almost all of the 3 GPUs trays having completely stripped screws. Ended up having to drill out 2 of the GPUs chassis trays to be able to open them up. Additionally, looks like an old GPU was left in one of the slots, open board, with the power wires being connected directly to bare PCB pins. Not a safe configuration, and I’m glad that I noticed before powering on.

Aplogies for the issue with the screws and thanks for letting us know so we can check for this for future sales. We would have been able to help with a replacement if needed. For the old GPU being inside, our guys must have missed removing one of them. Originally there were 6x installed. The configuration of power wires being connected to the bare PCB pins were direct from Supermicro so should be more than safe.Apologies again for the stripped screws!
