Success! After several tries to get eBay replacement copies of a favourite set of books lost in the logistical problem s of a troubling house move I now have the three replacement volumes as described in the advert sent at a reasonable pace and a fair price. It almost makes the unsatisfactory process of faulty eBay purchases of wrongly described books worthwhile. I can now donate the wrong versions of Churchill to a charity shop where customers may feel more charitable about them than I do.

  • Everyone should read this book because it's an amazing story.

I bought this book because i remember it being on the news when i was younger {i'm 33 now} and it was such a high profile case that it stuck in my memory. The book is easy to read and Terry waite goes into great detail about his life before and during his kidnapping, without making you lose the thread or interest in the story. It's a must for anyone interested in how much the human spirit can endure, and as i read i found myself feeling that i was right there with him. You have to read this book to understand what i mean and i would suggest this book to everyone as it is one of those books that keeps you wanting to know what happens next. There is nothing that i dislike about this book and should you find your self the opertunity to buy this book it would be money well spent.

  • Brilliant!

Often wondered what he went through so I bought immediately. Instead of 5 mins in the toilet it is now 30 mins, I can't stop reading it!
