I'm a little confused with this feedback. The customer asked me to cancel there order because they did not want to pay the extra postage fee, Because where they live an additional postage fee would apply . This is stated on my listing that some parts of the UK may occur an extra charge. So I gladly cancelled there order and gave a full refund but still left neutral feedback..
