My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. Had to get it checked by 3rd party. Terrible seller, I recommend you buy elsewhere.

There should have been a tubeless valve supplied however and that was not there. I was a little disappointed that the cellophane wrapper the wheel came in had a price sticker of £ 99.99 on it after I had paid £161.99 (less an eBay discount) overall happy with my purchase.
