Purchased Jan. 7th; was sent tracking number that only shows label created. Contacted seller. He said he created label at Office Depot and left package there. Tracking number says item never received by post office. Today is Feb. 5th and still not received. Asked for refund but no response. Asking Ebay to step in and help get refund so I can purchase elsewhere. Sorry but it doesn't take over 3 weeks to receive even using media mail.
