    Not a great overall experience, sent wrong item, pictures misleading. Seller does communicate though and did offer refund. Would just suggest more accurate descriptions of items and pictures. But seller is nice and trying to do the right thing. Items were all packaged very well and shipping times were good.

    I had two of the same item. I found them at an estate sale. Didn't realize they were slightly different. One of the capes had a different collar. I sent one that didn't match the photo. I did offer a full refund with extra postage to return the item. I tried.
